Representative <a href="http://034.housedems.com/">Woodrow Stanley</a> says there aren&rsquo;t many other options.&nbsp; Flint can&rsquo;t turn to a cash-strapped state for help.</p><blockquote><p>&quot;As a matter of fact, about 8.1 million dollars is being proposed to be cut from Flint&rsquo;s revenue sharing,&quot; says Stanley.</p></blockquote><p>But Stanley says getting such a bill passed will be an uphill battle, because of&nbsp; strong anti-tax sentiment among Republicans in the state House.
