Many customers had to wait 10 days or more to get their electricity restored.</span></p><p><span style="line-height: 1.5;">The </span>MPSC<span style="line-height: 1.5;"> report echoes the findings of </span><a href="http://www.lbwl.com/outagereport/" style="line-height: 1.5;">BWL’s own internal review </a><span style="line-height: 1.5;">and </span><a href="http://media.mlive.com/lansing-news/other/CRT%20Report_May%205_FINAL%20PDF.pdf" style="line-height: 1.5;">a panel appointed by Lansing’s mayor</a><span style="line-height: 1.5;">.
