The government said they lost about $10 billion on its bailout of over $49 billion.</span></p><p>Akerson said over the last four years, the company has invested more than $10 billion in its U.S. operations, including <a href="http://michiganradio.org/post/gm-invest-127-billion-plants-michigan-ohio-and-indiana">$1.27 billion announced today</a>.</p><p>"There's that $10 billion again.
