That's according to a report from Ryan Stanton of the Ann Arbor News. Stanton writes architect Tamara Burns confirmed the news:

Burns said she met this past week with the Snyders, who are now officially empty nesters, and they're excited to be moving downtown. "They love downtown Ann Arbor and want to be a part of it," Burns said of the governor and first lady, who for the last several years have lived in a home in a gated community in Superior Township, just outside of Ann Arbor.

The Snyder's condo will be located above Four Directions on Main Street.

Mark Brush was the station's Digital Media Director. He succumbed to a year-long battle with glioblastoma, an aggressive brain cancer, in March 2018. He was 49 years old.
