Are Bernie Sanders supporters ready to back Hillary Clinton as the Democrat’s presidential nominee? The answer seems unclear, as the Democratic National Convention’s opening ceremony had mixed responses coming from the crowd on Monday.

Congresswoman Debbie Dingellwelcomed last night’s DNC discourse with open arms because of its unscripted nature.

“I think democracy thrives when more people are engaged and involved,” Dingell said on Stateside.

Dingell joined Stateside to talk about Clinton’s qualifications for the presidency, and her thoughts on the DNC email leak.
