Today, we analyzed the results of last night's election.

Rick Pluta, the Lansing Bureau Chief for the Michigan Public Radio Network and Bill Ballenger, editor and publisher of Inside Michigan Politics, recapped the results and assessed what they mean for Michigan.

What role does money have in politics? Michigan Radio's Lester Graham and Rich Robinson, director of the Michigan Campaign Finance Network, spoke about the need for financial transparency in elections.

Do you need another reason to love your hometown? Writer Micki Maynard discussed the benefits of small-town life realized only after living in big cities.

If you're wondering what lies ahead for the Republican and Democratic Parties, we have some clarification. Saul Anuzis,  former Chairman of the Michigan Republican Party and
Debbie Dingell, President of D2 Strategies and Democratic National Committeewoman, spoke with Cyndy about both parties' political future.

And finally, Josh Pasek, a Communication Studies professor at the University of Michigan, addressed the ongoing issue of race in politics and  society.
