What can microbiomes tell us about death? New MSU study explores the life of a corpse.

A new study from Michigan State University finds there is much to be learned from studying the microbes and bugs found on a dead body. 

 

Jennifer Pechal, a forensic entomologist at Michigan State and the lead author of the study, joined Stateside to explain the research.
