The SAE World Congress is happening this week at Cobo Center in Detroit. Engineers and technical experts in the aerospace, automotive, and commercial vehicle industries are all looking ahead to the future of mobility. 


The message is that companies that hope to have a future in that world need a steady pipeline of talent.
